Working in Nepal, Peru, and Tanzania, we challenge colonial legacies in mountain tourism and promote systems rooted in dignity, equity, and respect. Through storytelling, media, and community-led advocacy, we’re reshaping adventure travel into a movement for justice and reciprocity — one that values the workforce as much as the summit.
